Circle Activity Resource Guide Instructions
Directions for Activity Resource Guide (ARG) Sign up
There are three essential ingredients necessary to register and attend the events listed in this guide.
- ARG Field Trip and Event Signup Form is used as a registration for events you plan to attend. This form may be used throughout the school year to sign up for events. It is recommended that you keep a copy of your forms.
- ARG Event Payment and Confirmation Form is used to confirm and pay for events. This form should be returned to the CCS office with all payments. You may group the events and payments for your convenience.
Copies of both forms are available in the Field Trips & Activities area.
Follow these steps to register and pay for events.
- Use the ARG Field Trip and Event Signup Form for all initial sign ups. Make a copy for your records.
- Email, mail, fax, or hand deliver the form to the office.
- If an event is closed, you will be contacted with either another date option or closure of the event.
- When making payment, attach your payment to the ARG Event Payment and Confirmation Form.
- All payments must be made by the event deadline. Payments guarantee your reservation. Remember you are not confirmed for an event unless your payment is received prior to the event deadline.
- Confirmation or cancellation is required for all events, including "no charge" events.
- Watch the CCS web update for date changes, event closings, and additional activities.
- Events are only for CCS students unless designated as "open" in the event description and Activities at a Glance section of the ARG.
Please Note
The field trip opportunities in this guide are planned, organized, and coordinated by staff and volunteers. Please consider the activities involved in each field trip and the suggested age level if indicated. If you feel that your child will not be able to safely handle any aspect of the field trip activity, you should not sign up for that event. This guide is provided for informational purposes only. The announcements and activities presented in this publication are offered in keeping with Circle Christian School's "cafeteria style" policy of providing the widest variety of services for its families.
