Are there required meetings that I must attend during the school year?
Each school year CCS hosts two required parent meetings. These schoolwide meetings focus on matters of importance to the homeschooling community, programs and opportunities related to CCS families, and the celebration of homeschooling accomplishments. The meetings are a source of encouragement and a great place to bring friends who are considering homeschooling.
Are there regional meetings provided throughout the school year?
Circle facilitates regional support group meetings throughout Central Florida to encourage moms in their homeschooling endeavors.
What kind of focus groups are offered?
Regional support groups are held throughout the city to facilitate connecting others in their neighborhoods.
What is the date of the first parent meeting for the coming school year?
Parent meetings will be offered at three locations on August 4, 2008. See the calendar for details.
Is there going to be a strict dress code or uniform that the students will have to wear if they are taking any classes at the school building? If so what is it?
Circle has an established dress code for students in grades 6-12. There is not a uniform required but specific guidelines. The dress code document is distributed to all parents and students enrolled in classes as well as published in the annual Activity Resource Guide that is distributed in August.
